**

Skills and Competencies:

Understanding of Animation and VFX Pipeline: Demonstrates a strong understanding of the animation and VFX pipeline, showing how these integrate with project tracking and management.

Data Management: Demonstrates the ability to accurately manage, organize, and import production data within Flow Production Tracking, maintaining data integrity and supporting effective project tracking workflows.

Project Tracking: Demonstrates the ability to track task and project progress and milestones using Flow Production Tracking and spreadsheets, maintaining visibility of production status and supporting alignment of project elements with schedules and delivery targets.

Project Scheduling: Demonstrates the ability to structure and manage basic project schedules tailored for Assets, Scenes, and Shot departments utilizing Flow Production Tracking.

Review Processes: Demonstrates the ability to conduct review sessions using Flow Production Tracking, including creating playlists, taking detailed notes, and effectively using the review tools to support feedback and iteration workflows.

Delivery and Reporting: Demonstrates the ability to support timely deliveries and produce accurate production reports within Flow Production Tracking.

Achievements:

• Successful completion of a comprehensive 7-week course covering core production management skills, followed by an assessment designed to evaluate application of these skills in simulated production scenarios at Mayhem Production Management.
• Demonstrated the ability to apply production coordination skills in scenarios reflecting real-world workflows and challenges within animation and VFX production environments.
