Criteria

Future Ready Mentoring at Westminster offers three branches of mentoring activity: long-term, short-term and group mentoring. This digital badge recognises mentors on the Group Mentoring Programme who have volunteered to facilitate a minimum of one hour-long Group Mentoring session to support University of Westminster students.

The Mentor: 

Has agreed to support and adhere to the Programme’s guidelines by submitting a mentor registration form, indicating their availability. 
Has undertaken a Mentor training session.
Has actively taken part in the Group Mentoring programme, supporting a group of mentees through a minimum of one hour-long Group Mentoring session.
Has guided mentees through their personal goals and strengths, exploring career options and developing a range of transferable skills
