Core Prerequisites for Qualified Educator Status

1. Ethical Standards: You must maintain a clean ethical record with no outstanding complaints for violations of the association’s Code of Ethics.
2. Geographic Requirements: You must be a permanent resident of Europe to ensure accessibility and alignment with regional educational standards.
3. Certification Requirements: You need to hold the highest-level certification for the specific track containing the modules you want to teach. This certification must be: Currently active, Displayed on your association profile, Visible for verification purposes
4. Mentorship Programme: You’ll work with an Educator Mentor to create your personalised development path. Any currently certified Qualified Educator within the association can serve as your mentor, guiding your qualification journey.

Professional Development and Adaptation

The Qualified Educator must actively contribute to relevant professional communities.
