Earner has applied techniques learnt in the classroom into a workplace scenario and has a heightened sense of relevance in the learning process along with stronger confidence in their own ability.
Earner has demonstrated flexibility by adapting to new environments and varying routines during their industry placement. They have worked independently and used their own initiative to complete a variety of tasks and communicate well with other team members.
Earner has strengthened their confidence, resilience, employability and enhanced their technical skillset, which has equipped them to further their career development. They have gained a wealth of transferable skills, relevant to a range of different fields.
