- Earner has devised a Radio 3 programme idea to develop their creativity and problem solving skills. They now have a concept to submit to Radio 3 for consideration, have gained awareness of how to devise a radio programme, and gained experience of the audio production procces required for radio and podcasting.
- Earner has submitted their Radio 3 programme idea in a written or video format, developing their communication and presentation skills. They have gained experience in conveying their ideas concisely, confidently responding to a creative brief, and demonstrated a commitment to their ideas.
