Wisdom Foundations of Community Leadership

Landmark’s Wisdom Foundations of Community Leadership course is designed for people who are committed to empowering groups in fulfilling their intentions. Through observation and real-life engagement, participants discover the value of public involvement and learn the dynamics of how communities operate as well as what it takes to be related to as a trusted partner and as someone who can provide leadership. Participants develop skills that are essential for making a difference in what is important to their constituencies in Landmark and in the world. This includes expanding their capacity to listen to others without adding their own point of view, and to allow others to progress at their own pace. And they gain prowess in expressing their stand for transformation in all their interactions.
