The badge earner has completed the CELEMI Cayenne™ project management simulation in a seminar facilitated by a Celemi-certified facilitator. The badge is issued based on active participation and demonstrated learning in the following areas:

• Completion of all simulation activities, team exercises, and project decision-making rounds.
• Understanding how project decisions influence business value, stakeholder satisfaction, timelines, costs, and project outcomes.
• Practical application of project planning, prioritization, resource allocation, and decision-making under changing conditions.
• Understanding the competing demands of key stakeholder groups, including project sponsors, project teams, and end users.
• Demonstrated ability to identify project risks, recognize early warning signs, and evaluate mitigation options.
• Ability to balance scope, schedule, cost, quality, and stakeholder expectations to achieve sustainable project success.
