The LUSEM Mentorship Programme runs annually, from November to May each academic year. This badge reflects participation in the LUSEM Mentorship Programme during a specific academic year. To earn this badge, the mentee has demonstrated active engagement throughout the LUSEM Mentorship Programme and has:

  • Participated in the mentorship relationship in a committed and proactive way
  • Attended regular meetings with their mentor and contributed to structured and meaningful discussions
  • Taken responsibility for setting and working towards personal and/or professional goals
  • Prepared for meetings and followed up on agreed actions and reflections
  • Actively sought guidance, feedback, and new perspectives
  • Engaged in topics such as career development, professional skills, and personal growth
  • Demonstrated motivation, openness, and willingness to reflect and develop
  • Contributed to a respectful, constructive, and collaborative mentoring relationship
