This badge is awarded to individuals who have successfully completed Sage Bookkeeping Stage 1 on Cenit College’s learning platform. The programme develops foundational bookkeeping knowledge alongside practical skills in Sage 50 Accounts for accurate and professional financial record-keeping.
Participants demonstrate their ability to:
* Understand key bookkeeping concepts, terminology, and the double-entry system.
* Apply cash and accrual accounting principles, including depreciation.
* Prepare and interpret basic Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports.
* Set up and navigate Sage 50 Accounts, including nominal codes and opening balances.
Process routine transactions, correct errors, and perform bank reconciliations in preparation for assessment.
