Attendance at the Graduate Development Programme at IMI. This is a 13 day programme that equips graduates and emerging talent with vital workplace skills, including commercial acumen, leadership, problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, and teamwork.

Self-Awareness and Leadership Skills: Building self-awareness and improving on self-management skills through a better understanding of emotional intelligence, resilience, and stress management. Professional Skills: Deepening understanding of project and change management, fundamental commercial skills and how best to present ones-self at work. Change Management: Preparing to promote change through effective influencing and negotiation skills. Active Learning: Resolving challenges faced by the organisation to accelerate impact and increase professional presence.
