Criteria
- Active participation in a preparatory workshop that conveys knowledge of how culture, cultural diversity and cultural bias are constructed as well as insights into the mechanisms of human interaction and communication processes.
- Successful completion of all mandatory tasks in a digital mentoring forum that supports awareness and learning during the mobility experience by offering various self-reflection exercises on topics of intercultural sensitivity and psychosocial transformation.
- Active participation in a follow-up seminar that deepens study-abroad experiences by encouraging conscious reflection on intercultural and psychosocial learning processes.
