Learning Experience/activities

Self-paced e-learning with a total of 19 step-by-step scenarios containing:

• Demonstrations on how to perform basic booking procedures using Travelport+
• Text and multimedia presentations that introduce key concepts and apply them to the workplace
• Cue cards for each scenario to be used as on-the-job reference

Assessment

The curriculum concludes with an assessment of 25 questions, comprising a total of 100 points. The learner must score 80% or higher in a single attempt to pass the assessment.
