How to obtain this certificate IM | Practitioner

The certificate was issued on the basis of the:

• participation in one or more workshops based on the Incertinno® game;
• the completion of practical activities in small groups using Incertinno® cards to identify and qualify uncertainties related to a specific case;
• oral presentation in a group of an analysis of the uncertainties related to a project and proposals for actions to address them, carried out with the support of a certified IM | Practice Facilitator.

The IM | Practice Facilitator certification process includes:

• awareness raising of the ISO 56000 series of standards and more in-depth training in ISO 56007 – Management of ideas and opportunities.
• in-depth implementation of Incertinno®
• training in facilitating Incertinno® based work sessions,
• passing a final knowledge assessment test with a score of 80% or higher. This test was developed by the designer of Incertinno® and allows to validate both the acquisition of knowledge related to innovation management and the facilitation techniques related to the tool.
