This badge recognises professionals assessed as role-ready against Devoteam's published skills profile for the AI Engineer role. Holding the AI Augmented standard is a prerequisite, so every earner has already evidenced validated AI skills and a measurable productivity uplift in their day-to-day work. On top of that, the earner has been assessed through a structured, role-specific capability assessment covering the twenty critical skills that define this role — ten technical skills and ten power skills — and has met or exceeded the target proficiency bar set for each.
