In this hands-on workshop, participants explore practical, engaging, and effective open pedagogy strategies for co-creating Open Educational Resources (OER) with students. They examine how open educational practices and renewable assignments can transform classroom dynamics by shifting from creating learning materials for students to creating them with students. Participants also consider how to embed accessibility and cultural relevance into the OER design process while strengthening digital competency skills for both educators and students.
