Founded in 2016, The Rebus Foundation is a Canadian Registered Charity and global non-profit organization dedicated to advancing open publishing, open educational resources (OER), open pedagogy, and joyful learning.

Criteria

Participants in this fellowship are selected through a competitive application process. All participants attend three virtual meetings and a one-on-one virtual check-in, followed by an in-person summit, and conclude by sharing a reflective blog post on the Rebus site.

The program focuses on the following learning outcomes:

Develop a strong sense of connection, community, and leadership.
Practice challenging conventional norms while imagining bold possibilities for their communities.
Gain practical strategies and frameworks to operationalize liberatory leadership practices in their daily work.
Strengthen leadership infrastructure in the post-secondary field through participant connection and collective practice.
