  • Can prevent staff and self from becoming ill due to stress
  • Can incorporate wellbeing activities into daily activities and programme planning
  • Promote wellbeing and duty of care culture
  • Can raise awareness about the support available to staff

This badge is earned by completing the necessary activities, knowledge check tasks and feedback requests within FIELD Staff Care and Wellbeing.

FIELD has been developed by Save the Children, with support of World Vision International and is available for free on Kaya, the global online learning platform.
