Learning Objectives/Outcomes

  • Describe the quality of evidence required for a portfolio of personal work
  • Select samples of your work that meet quality requirements
  • Curate and annotate your work evidence to meet the evaluation needs of the reviewer

Learning and Recognition Experience

  • Engage in 12 hours of peer2peer learning with mentoring support from the national Peer Reviewer to compile the Digital Validation Portfolio in 4 x 3-hour CLOCK Sector Expert Bootcamp sessions.
  • Engage in 24 hours of sourcing material to evidence the required skills sets and build a consistent portfolio.

Assessment

The submitted portfolio is evaluated by two peer reviewers (Sector Experts: 1 national, 1 international) who must confirm that the candidate has sufficiently and consistently evidenced the required level across all skill sets. (What are the skill sets?) If so, then the milestone award is issued by the international peer reviewer.

Portfolio evidence must be:

  • current (within the last 24 months)
  • valid (matches the required competences)
  • reliable (consist in standard across the portfolio)
  • sufficient (enough evidence is included to make a judgement)
