Leading AI Strategy and Execution

Attendance at the Leading AI Strategy and Execution programme at IMI. This was a 2 day in person programme that ran on 25th and 26th June 2026. Programme Themes: The programme equips senior leaders and managers with an AI implementation plan for their department, business unit or organisation, along with the necessary knowledge and skills needed to leverage AI. Over a series of engaging workshops, participants explore data-driven decision-making, AI tools for innovation, ethical considerations and emerging trends. Participants produce a tailored AI implementation plan – incorporating insights gained from workshop activities, peer discussions and faculty guidance – to drive efficiency and growth in their organisation.
