TMAP® Quality for Cross-Functional Teams | Accredited Training

To earn this badge, the participant was required to:

• complete the accredited TMAP® Quality for Cross-Functional Teams training delivered by QiPresence Consulting;

• actively participate in the course exercises, discussions and collaborative learning activities;

• apply quality-driven thinking to people, processes and products within a cross-functional IT delivery context;

• analyse product quality risks and use them to establish appropriate quality priorities; contribute to the development of a context-specific test strategy;

• select and apply relevant quality measures and test design techniques;

• understand how quality engineering is integrated into high-performance delivery approaches, including Scrum and DevOps;

• demonstrate an understanding of shared quality ownership, continuous improvement and built-in quality.

This badge recognizes completion of the accredited training programme. It does not constitute the TMAP® Quality for Cross-Functional Teams certification, which requires passing the separate certification examination administered by iSQI.
