Shaping Your Leadership Identity

Attendance at the Shaping Your Leadership Identity programme at IMI. This is a 2 day in person programme. Programme Theme: This immersive programme takes the participant on a journey of discovery, reflecting on personal values and motivation whilst developing a leadership brand. Participants learn to understand the key features that differentiate a leader from a manager and embrace a growth mindset, as they set themselves and others up for success. Through DiSCTM self-assessment, the participant understands their unique behavioural style and emerges as a more impactful leader, while staying true to personal values and motivations.
