The badge earner has completed the CELEMI Sustainability™ business simulation in a seminar facilitated by a Celemi-certified facilitator. The badge is issued based on active participation and demonstrated learning in the following areas:

• Completion of all simulation activities, team exercises, and decision-making rounds.
• Understanding how sustainability, resilience, and business performance are connected.
• Practical insight into how decisions around people, planet, profit, resources, risk, and circularity affect long-term value creation.
• Ability to balance short-term performance requirements with long-term sustainability and resilience ambitions.
• Understanding of how ESG requirements, stakeholder expectations, supply chain pressure, rising costs, and resource constraints influence business decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and sequence transformation initiatives within limited resources and budget constraints.
• Development of practical business acumen for navigating trade-offs between profitability, adaptability, employee engagement, stakeholder trust, and environmental impact.
• Collaboration within a team to analyze scenarios, make strategic decisions, manage disruption, and reflect on business consequences.
• Ability to relate simulation learnings to real-world organizational challenges, sustainability priorities, and cross-functional decision-making.
