Awarded to senior leadership teams who have successfully completed Leading Together, a two-year development programme designed to strengthen collective leadership, build capacity, and drive sustainable school improvement. Participants benefit from personalised coaching from an experienced Achievement Partner, alongside collaborative learning and evidence-informed practice to embed lasting change across their school.
