Landmark’s Advanced Event Production Management course provides training in producing successful large, multi-day events, and in what it takes to be accountable for managing production to support fulfilling the intended outcomes of the events. Participants acquire the skills to competently supervise all aspects of events, including facilities and budgets. They develop mastery in handling production breakdowns expeditiously and professionally, and in communicating effectively to resolve challenging customer service issues. Participants also experience an elevated level of personal productivity.
