The badge is awarded to participant who actively contribute to a multidisciplinary team project focused on exploring real-world business challenges and developing solution-oriented concepts in collaboration with a company partner.
During the programme, participant engage in inquiry-based learning, familiarize her/himself with a company and its development needs, and work as part of a team to analyze challenges and create solution proposals. Participant also develops communication and presentation skills by pitching her/his ideas to the company and refining the presentation based on feedback.
The badge recognizes active participation in teamwork, collaborative problem-solving, project development, pitching, and reflective learning throughout the programme.

Criteria
To earn the Future Expert badge, the participant must:
Inquiry-Based Learning
Participate in exploring a selected theme as part of a team
- Familiarize themselves with a company and its development needs
Document and present observations, findings, and learning outcomes
Solution Development (Incubator Phase)
Contribute to developing solutions for identified challenges as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Utilize collected information, insights, and analysis in the development process
Describe proposed solution approaches and produce a concrete proposal
Pitching
Practice communicating ideas clearly and effectively
- Develop the presentation based on feedback
- Produce a pitch document or presentation material
Present the team’s solution proposal to the company partner
Teamwork
Work actively in a multidisciplinary team
- Participate constructively in shared project activities
- Contribute to advancing the project collaboratively
Produce their own contribution to the learning diary
Personal Reflection
Produce a personal reflection describing:
- What was learned
- What succeeded well
