The person who has completed the competent career tutor badge has shown that they have

• familiarized themselves with career tutor tasks and the materials of all six areas of competence (interpersonal competence, diversity competence, network competence, PLP and career guidance competence, information management competence and guidance for internationalisation & entrepreneurship) and have completed the related assignments
• assessed their own strengths and development needs in these areas
• presented and reflected on the feedback material collected from students
• asked feedback on his/her guidance skills from a career tutor colleague and/or a representative of working life and used this in their reflection (optional)
• demonstrated sufficient awareness and mastery of these six key competences for career tutor work in their learning tasks and in their final summary
