Assessment description

This badge has been issued after the successful completion of the IDB Group Internship Program. Recipients demonstrated competency through active participation in assigned projects, delivery of work products aligned with departmental objectives, and engagement in professional development activities. Progress and contributions were continuously evaluated based on supervisor feedback, teamwork, quality of deliverables, and the ability to apply knowledge in practical, international development contexts. During the full-time, two-month internship, interns gained the experience and skills needed to meet the program’s objectives and contributed to meaningful outcomes within their teams and projects.
