Earner has completed a project responding to a sustainability challenge set by university staff, as part of a multidisciplinary student team. Earner has developed transferable skills and experience in project management, applied sustainability, communication, influencing, adaptability, presenting, critical thinking, self-reflection, problem solving, and organisational skills.
Earner has attended online workshops, accompanied by independent research and study and group work, covering project planning and delivery, comprehensive overview of sustainability in relation to their discipline, presentation skills and measuring project impact.
