1. What specific concepts, challenges, or opportunities of sustainable entrepreneurship have you explored during this program?
*
During this program, I explored key concepts of sustainable entrepreneurship such as developing a strong value proposition and aligning business ideas with social and environmental impact. Through workshops, I learned how sustainability can be integrated into business models from the start. One of the main challenges we discussed was multiculturalism, as any product or service must consider diverse cultural needs and perspectives. This highlighted the importance of inclusive thinking when designing solutions. The program also emphasized opportunities to create innovative ideas that are both economically viable and socially responsible.

2. Describe the products or services you developed or marketed. How do they contribute positively to the environment and society?
*
The project I worked on with my group concerns the development of an AI-based assistance app that helps people with epilepsy. It aims to predict and notify users in advance so they can prepare and avoid having seizures in places that may make them uncomfortable or cause injury. The app also sends updates to their doctors. This solution contributes positively to their lives, as it helps them feel safer and gives them more confidence and independence.

3. Reflect on what you've learned about the needs and expectations of different European markets. Provide specific examples.
*
During the program, I learned that European markets have diverse expectations depending on cultural, social, and regulatory contexts. For example, some countries place strong emphasis on data privacy and transparency, especially when developing AI-based solutions. Others focus more on accessibility and affordability. While working on our epilepsy assistance app, we realized the importance of adapting communication styles and features to different users, such as multilingual interfaces and clear consent for data sharing. This experience showed me that successful entrepreneurial solutions must be flexible and adapted to each market’s specific needs.

5. Describe any challenges you encountered while working in a multicultural and multidisciplinary team, and how you overcame them.
*
Working in a multicultural and multidisciplinary team was enriching but also challenging. We sometimes had different communication styles, expectations, and approaches to problem-solving. Language barriers also made discussions more complex. To overcome these challenges, we encouraged open communication, clarified tasks, and ensured everyone had the opportunity to share their ideas. We also divided responsibilities based on each member’s strengths. This collaborative approach improved teamwork and helped us create a more inclusive and well-rounded project.
