During this program, we learned how to analyze problems that may exist in the healthcare system, identify solutions to address them, and develop corresponding business ideas. We also explored various tools (SWOT, Business Model, Value Proposition...) that can be used to define our business ideas precisely and how to pitch them effectively.

Our team developed an app designed to bring people together by turning people into resources for those in need. Its unique approach fosters mutual support within communities, helping people feel more included in society. At the same time, it can assist governments by reducing public spending while encouraging peer-to-peer help. The app contributes to lowering the carbon footprint by promoting local support and reducing the need for transportation and resource duplication.

When it comes to healthcare, it is difficult to use certain products across every european countries. Although European regulations provide a common framework, each country has its own specific healthcare system and population needs. For example, in France, patients usually need a referral from a general practitioner, while in Germany, they can often access specialists directly. This shows that digital health solutions must adapt to local systems and expectations.

This program helped me become more effective in presenting a project and more convincing. It also taught me how to adapt my communication to different audiences, since not everyone has the same level of knowledge. Therefore, it is very important to be clear and easy to understand when speaking.

It can be difficult to understand others’ perspectives because we come from different disciplines and do not work in the same way. However, we consistently communicated and debated to find the best approaches based on our objectives. This was a great opportunity to broaden our perspectives.

This experience was truly valuable in many ways. First of all, I had the opportunity to communicate more in English, which helped me improve significantly. For me, sustainable entrepreneurship is not just about creating a business; it is about working as a team, building shared experiences, growing together, and developing a project that reflects our values and what truly matters to us.
