You are able to suggest, coordinate and organise new international activities abroad (taking responsibility for them) within your organisation or take part in activities organised within a consortium/umbrella organisation in case there are no ongoing projects in the organisation. - Open badge has been created in the REX VET project in the framework of Erasmus+ Programme supported by the Finnish National Agency for Education.

The owner of the badge is able:

  • To plan and implement a mobility or other international activity abroad
  • To carry out the practical arrangements
  • To report and follow the financial requirements
  • To utilise and disseminate the results
  • To evaluate the process and the results

How to prove your competence

After you have been abroad (organising a student exchange, a project trip abroad etc.) make a video or report of your experience. You may use photos and videos.


Choose one of the following tasks:

  • coordinate a mobility or other activity abroad for yourself or others
  • participate in an international project, in a mobility project, in skills competition or in a study trip.

Make a video (max 2 minutes) or a report (max one A4 sheet) of your task.

Present your work in English.

The report or the video should cover the following topics:

  • Name of the activity
  • Short description and objectives of the activity
  • Lessons learnt and improvements for the future
  • How did you share the experience with your colleagues?
