Experts, students and working-life interest groups of universities of applied sciences will combine their strengths and renew both their mode of operation and learning. By 2020, the shared digital courses offering of all Finnish universities of applied sciences will be opened phase by phase, thanks to the co-operation.

The Ministry of Education and Culture will fund the implementation of the eAMK project in 2017–2020.

CampusOnline-osaaja osaa suunnitella ja toteuttaa eAMK-hankkeen laatukriteerien mukaisen verkkototeutuksen. Hänen verkkototeutuksensa on ollut osa Suomen ammattikorkeakoulujen yhteistä CampusOnline-verkko-opintotarjontaa ja toteutukselle on osallistunut opiskelijoita eri korkeakouluista. Tämä merkki on osa eAMK-hankkeen merkkiperhettä.

osaa suunnitella ja toteuttaa verkkototeutuksen tukipalvelut
osaa kehittää verkkototeutustaan erilaisia palautteita ja itsearviointia hyödyntäen.

4 What is the legal basis for and purpose of the processing of personal data?

The basis of processing personal data is Open Badge Factory’s justified
interest on the basis of a customer relationship.

The basis of processing personal data is:

- the delivery and development of our Open Badge Factory Service ("Service"),
- fulfilling our contractual and other promises and obligations,
- taking care of the customer relationship,
- analyzing and profiling behaviour of the data subject,
- electronic and direct marketing,

5 What data do we process?

We process the following personal data regarding the customer’s user account
(data subject):

- Basic information of the data subject such as name*, display name*, password*;
- Contact information of the data subject e-mail address*;
- Information of  the service relationship and the contract such as details of
the user profile, correspondence with the data subject and other references,
cookies and data related to use of them;

Committing personal data marked with a star as well as allowing the use of
cookies in the data subject’s browser, is a requirement for our contractual
relationship with the customer. Without this necessary information we are not
able to provide the Service.

6 From where do we receive data?

We receive personal data primarily from the data subject him/herself, as the
data is entered into the Service by the data subject.

For the purposes described in this privacy notice, personal data may also be
collected and updated from publicly available sources and based on information
received from authorities or other third parties within the limits of the
applicable laws and regulations. Data updating of this kind is performed
manually or by automated means.

7 To whom do we disclose data and do we transfer data outside of EU or EEA?

Only the data subject’s admin display name which the admin can define
him/herself, is displayed to other users in the Service.

We process information ourselves and use subcontractors that process personal
data on behalf of and for us. We have outsourced the IT-management to an
external service provider, to whose server the data is stored. The server is
protected and managed by the external service provider.

Data may be disclosed to authorities under compelling provisions. We don’t
disclose information of the register to external quarters. We do not transfer
personal data outside of EU/EEA.

8 How do we protect the data and how long do we store them?

The personal data is collected into databases that are protected by firewalls,
passwords and other technical measures. The databases and the backup copies of
them are in locked premises and can be accessed only by certain pre-designated
persons, i.e. only those of our employees, who on behalf of their work are
entitled to process customer data. These persons include the Service Provider’s
customer service personnel and the technical administrators of the Service.
Each user has a personal username and password to the system.

The data subject may at any time add, change and remove all data from the
Service as well as delete the account entirely.

We store the data as long as it is necessary for the purpose of processing the
data. We estimate regularly the need for data storage taking into account the
applicable legislation. In addition, we take care of such reasonable actions of
which purpose is to ensure that no incompatible, outdated or inaccurate
personal data is stored in the register taking into account the purpose of the
processing.

9  What are your rights as a data subject?

As a data subject you have a right to inspect the personal data concerning
yourself, which is stored in the register, and a right to require rectification
or erasure of the data. This may be done by accessing, modifying and/or
deleting your personal data stored in the Service by logging into the Service.
If you need assistance, please contact the person mentioned in Section 2 above.

As a data subject you have the right to object processing at any time free of
charge, including profiling in so far as it relates to direct marketing.

10 Who can you be in contact with?

All contacts and requests concerning this privacy notice shall be submitted in
writing or in person to the person mentioned in section two (2).

Should we make amendments to this privacy protection statement, we will place

La base du traitement de données à caractère personnel est l’intérêt légitime
de Open Badge Factory reposant sur une relation avec le client.

La base du traitement de données à caractère personnel est la suivante:

- fournir et développer notre service Open Badge Factory (ci-après dénommé le « service »),
- satisfaire à nos engagements et obligations contractuels et autres,
- veiller à la qualité de la relation avec le client,
- analyser et profiler le comportement des personnes concernées,
- prospection électronique et directe.

5 Quelles données traitons-nous ?

Nous traitons les données à caractère personnel suivantes concernant le compte
d’utilisateur du client (la personne concernée):

- informations de base sur la personne concernée, *telles que ses nom,
  *pseudonyme, *mot de passe,
- coordonnées de la personne concernée, *adresse électronique,
- informations concernant la relation de service et le contrat, telles que
  détails du profil d’utilisateur, correspondance avec la personne concernée et
  autres références, cookies et données liés à l’utilisation des cookies.

Notre relation contractuelle avec le client est subordonnée à la fourniture des
données à caractère personnel marquées d’un astérisque, ainsi qu’à
l’autorisation de l’utilisation de cookies dans le navigateur de la personne
concernée. Sans ces informations indispensables, nous ne sommes pas en mesure
de fournir le service.

6 D’où recevons-nous les données ?

Nous recevons les données à caractère personnel essentiellement de la part de
personne concernée elle-même, car les données sont saisies dans le service par
la personne concernée.

Pour les finalités décrites dans la présente déclaration de protection des
données, des données à caractère personnel peuvent en outre être collectées et
mises à jour à partir de sources disponibles publiquement et d’après des
informations reçues d’autorités ou d’autres tiers dans les limites des lois et
règlements applicables. La mise à jour des données de ce type est réalisée
manuellement ou à l’aide de procédés automatisés.

7 À qui communiquons-nous les données et transférons-nous des données en dehors
de l’UE ou de l’EEE ?

Seul le pseudonyme de l’administrateur de la personne concernée, que
l’administrateur peut définir lui-même, s’affiche pour les autres utilisateurs
du service.

Nous traitons les informations nous-mêmes et utilisons des sous-traitants qui
traitent les données à caractère personnel pour notre compte. Nous avons
sous-traité la gestion informatique à un prestataire de services externe et les
données sont conservées sur son serveur. Le serveur est protégé et géré par
ledit prestataire de services externe.

Les données peuvent être communiquées aux autorités en application de
dispositions impératives. Nous ne communiquons pas d’informations du registre à
des acteurs extérieurs.

Nous ne transférons pas de données à caractère personnel en dehors l’UE/EEE.

8 Comment protégeons-nous les données et combien de temps les conservons-nous ?

Les données à caractère personnel sont collectées dans des bases de données qui
sont protégées par des pare-feu, des mots de passe et d’autres mesures
techniques. Les bases de données et leurs copies de sauvegarde sont placées
dans des locaux fermés et seules peuvent y accéder certaines personnes
désignées d’avance, c’est-à-dire uniquement ceux de nos employés qui ont le
droit de traiter les données des clients dans le cadre de leur travail. Ces
personnes sont, d’une part, le personnel du service à la clientèle du
prestataire de services et, d’autre part, les administrateurs techniques du
service. Chaque utilisateur a un nom d’utilisateur et un mot de passe
personnels pour l’accès au système.

La personne concernée peut à tout moment ajouter, modifier et supprimer toutes
ses données du service, voire supprimer son compte entièrement.

Nous conservons les données autant qu’il est nécessaire pour la finalité du
traitement des données. Nous évaluons régulièrement la nécessité de
conservation des données en tenant compte de la législation applicable. En
outre, nous prenons les mesures raisonnables en vue de nous assurer de ne pas
conserver des données à caractère personnel incompatibles, périmées ou
inexactes dans le registre compte tenu de la finalité du traitement.

9 Quels sont vos droits en tant que personne concernée ?

En tant que personne concernée, vous avez un droit d’accès aux données à
caractère personnel vous concernant qui sont conservées dans le registre et le
droit d’exiger la rectification ou l’effacement des données. Cela peut être
fait en accédant, modifiant et/ou supprimant vos données à caractère personnel
conservées dans le service après vous être connecté au service. Si vous avez
besoin d’assistance, veuillez contacter la personne indiquée à la section 2
ci-dessus.

En tant que personne concernée, vous avez le droit de vous opposer au
traitement à tout moment gratuitement, y compris au profilage dans la mesure où
il est lié à une finalité de prospection.

Tous les contacts et toutes les demandes concernant la présente déclaration de
protection des données doivent être adressés par écrit ou présentés en personne
à l’interlocuteur indiqué à la section deux (2).
